Looking for new exhaust slip on or entire pipe!.

Hey I'm looking to improve the HP and amount of sound coming out of my new savage. (I like em LOUD!) Where should I look and whats a reasonable price. Should I get a slip on or just replace the factory pipe with an aftermarket pipe? your reply's would be greatly appreciated.
